Casey Brand is a chef, illustrator, and writer from Savannah, Georgia. She studied journalism, art and French at American University and earned a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu Paris. She has lived many lives in the food industry, including as a line cook, event planner, and operations director. She's spent many long days and nights shucking oysters, searing duck and setting tables. She is passionate about making honest art for and about the food industry.
